Missing Billing Area: How Can I Access My Transaction History?

For several months, I haven’t been able to locate the Billing Area (/en/account/billing) where I used to view my transactions:

Now, the only available page is "/en/portal/products":

However, that page does not show any transactions.

Does anyone know where I can now access my transaction history or the billing details?
