How can I encrypt user conversations in my ClaudeAI-powered WhatsApp chatbot?

I have a question regarding privacy in our chatbot project. We built a chatbot powered by ClaudeAI that interacts with users via WhatsApp, and we use a vectorized database along with Postgres for message memory storage.

I want to ensure that as a developer I cannot read the users' messages. In simple terms, how can I encrypt all the messages so that the content remains hidden from anyone accessing the database?
