Hi everyone,
I am looking to streamline my existing n8n workflow that watches emails with a Gmail Trigger, categorizes them using a Text Classifier, and then labels them based on their classification. This setup worked well with a single Gmail account, but now I need to integrate six more without duplicating the workflow logic for each account.
I tried adding multiple Gmail Triggers in a single workflow and duplicating the logic for each account. However, this approach quickly becomes unmanageable, requiring updates across all instances whenever a change is needed, which is both time-consuming and error-prone.
Is there a way to centralize the logic and use dynamic inputs or parameters so that one workflow can efficiently handle multiple Gmail accounts in n8n? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
