License Activation Error: Current Certificate Not Initialized in n8n Community Edition

I installed n8n Community Edition using npm on my Windows machine and received a license key to enable features like 'Debug in Editor for life.'

After applying the key, the activation message confirms success, but the terminal logs show the following errors:

Also, clicking 'Copy to Editor' on a workflow execution still indicates 'Available on Enterprise,' suggesting the feature may not be fully activated. Is there any way to generate the missing certificate or otherwise resolve this issue?
