Hi, I have a question.
I have two workflows that trigger when a new contact is created in Airtable, starting a WhatsApp messaging flow. However, the Execution logs do not show all executions.
For example, yesterday I saw execution IDs #937-#960, but this morning it only loads up to about #5xx and displays only ID #937.
How can I view all execution logs? This happens in both workflows. Thanks.

Below are a few suggestions to ensure you’re seeing the complete list of execution logs:
Make sure no filters are set that could be limiting what you see. In both the single workflow and All executions views you can filter by status, execution start time, or even custom data. Clear any filters or adjust them to include the full timeframe.
If you’re currently viewing execution logs within the workflow itself, remember that this list only shows executions for the current version of the workflow. To view all logs from all workflows (and avoid missing older execution IDs), switch to the “All executions” view from the Overview page (or from the relevant project if you’re using projects).
Because the execution list in a workflow only displays runs of the current version, if you updated the workflow between yesterday and this morning, the previous executions (from the older version) won’t show up in that view. In such cases, use the “All executions” view so you can check logs across versions.
Following these steps should help you view all of your execution logs. If you’re still not seeing the expected logs, you might want to double-check that there aren’t any configuration or filter settings in your n8n Cloud environment that might contribute to the behavior.
