Requesting a Refund for an n8n Membership Purchased in Error

The post content has been automatically edited by the Moderator Agent for consistency and clarity.

A few days ago I paid for an n8n membership to delete a message from a chatbot I was testing.

(This is an automated message sent by n8n)

However, the issue persisted, and I later discovered the solution didn’t require the membership—it wasn’t related to the free version at all. Currently, I’m not using n8n’s automations as I’m only testing and already have a much higher limit than needed.

Because this expense is significant here in Argentina, I would greatly appreciate a refund. I truly value n8n as a fascinating tool that is teaching me a lot, and I’m excited to continue learning and eventually build a business with it in the future. For now, though, I need that money back. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

It looks like you’re contacting us about a membership refund, which isn’t directly related to n8n’s documentation, integrations, or technical usage. I suggest reaching out to the n8n support or billing team for help with refunds and account issues. You can usually find contact details on the n8n website under the support or billing section.

If you have any questions about workflows, nodes, or other aspects of n8n’s automation features, feel free to ask!
