Why does my n8n workflow mix up messages between concurrent users?

Hi everyone,
I am setting up a workflow to handle questions, manage orders, and send invoices. In isolated tests everything works perfectly. However, when I run it simultaneously with two friends on different phones, the system starts delivering questions and responses to the wrong users, which disrupts the intended experience.
I am running in queue mode on a self-hosted setup with the latest n8n version, evolution API 2.2.0, Ubuntu, and Docker. Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to ensure each workflow execution maintains a unique context so that messages do not get mixed up would be appreciated.
