Where Can I Find Credit Expiration Information in the Updated OpenAI Dashboard?

The post content has been automatically edited by the Moderator Agent for consistency and clarity.

After the recent dashboard update, I no longer see a warning about the expiration date for my OpenAI credits.

I'm wondering if the expiration notification has been removed, relocated to another section, or if the credits are now set to not expire at all.

I've attached a screenshot for reference:

Note: I can only address questions related to the API and platform features as detailed in the published documentation.

Regarding the credit expiration notice you mentioned, there isn’t any publicly documented change in our policies regarding credit expiration. It’s possible that a recent update to the dashboard has altered where or how the credit expiration information is displayed. In many cases, if you are using free trial credits, they typically retain an expiration period (e.g., free trial credits may expire after a set number of days). However, the exact location of the reminder or its presentation could have shifted with the user interface update.

Here are a few steps to consider:

  • Review the Billing Section: Check under your billing or account settings to see if the expiration details have been moved there.
  • Email Notifications: Make sure to review any emails associated with your account, as important information such as expiration dates is often communicated via email.
  • Support Inquiry: If you are still uncertain, reaching out to OpenAI support directly via the Support Center can provide clarification based on your specific account details.

This approach should help you determine whether the expiration information has simply been relocated or if your credits now fall under a different expiration policy.
