Can ChatGPT Access and Process External Documents Like Spreadsheets and E-Forms?

I attempted to have ChatGPT optimize a schedule bar chart from a spreadsheet I provided. In our conversation, after I shared a Google Drive link, ChatGPT suggested converting the file into a text format (such as a WORD document). However, when I followed this suggestion, it said it does not have the ability to access external links or documents, including spreadsheets.
Additionally, when I mentioned providing feedback to the developers for this feature, ChatGPT stated it couldn’t pass on the suggestion.
