Why Does Lighting Cause Triangular Ripples on a glTF Model Surface?

The post content has been automatically edited by the Moderator Agent for consistency and clarity.

I'm using a glTF model in my application and noticed an odd behavior. On my local computer, when orbiting and scrolling the model in space, the triangular edges aren’t visible. However, after adding lighting and uploading the model to the production server, a triangular ripple appears on the surface of the figures.

Here is what I observed:

  • Local machine (without added lighting):

  • Production server (with lighting):

Could the lighting setup be causing this ripple effect on the model’s surface? Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
